This extensive Parkland project began with addressing significant water damage originating near a bathroom window, which had compromised a large portion of an exterior wall. Our team undertook major structural repairs, meticulously removing and rebuilding a 9'x6' section of the wall, including studs, sheathing, and siding, ensuring a seamless exterior finish indistinguishable from the original structure.

With the home's integrity restored, we proceeded with a complete interior bathroom renovation. The outdated layout was transformed:

+ The old tub was replaced with a spacious 4'x6' custom walk-in shower featuring a pebble tile floor, large format porcelain tile walls, a built-in bench, a custom niche, and a modern sliding glass enclosure. A smaller, strategically placed window was integrated into the new shower design.

+ We utilized premium waterproofing systems, including a Schluter pre-sloped tray, Hardiebacker board, Schluter-Kerdi fabric for seams, and RedGard liquid membrane, ensuring long-term durability.

+ The worn tile flooring was removed and replaced with elegant engineered hardwood throughout the main bathroom area.

+ To optimize space for the larger shower, the original 5' double vanity was replaced with a stylish 4' single-sink vanity with a solid surface top.

+ Functionality was enhanced by converting an open shelving area into a fully enclosed closet with a bi-fold door.

+ All plumbing and electrical fixtures were updated to modern, efficient models, requiring rerouting of supply lines and minor electrical work to suit the new layout.

+ The renovation was completed with fresh paint on both the interior walls and the repaired exterior section.

This project showcases our ability to manage complex structural repairs necessitated by water damage and execute a high-quality, full-scale bathroom modernization, resulting in a beautiful, functional, and durable space for the homeowners.
